Returning to the lineup after missing six games due to injury, University of Mary quarterback Zach Roberson recorded one of the best individual performances in Marauders history to help U-Mary recapture the Paddle Trophy. The junior tied a school record with six touchdown passes, ran for a score and threw for 460 yards in a 52-45 win over MSU Moorhead in the ninth Battle for the Paddle. His six touchdown passes tied a school record, while his 460 yards passing missed the U-Mary record by just 13 yards.

Woodward was a terror in the defensive backfield for the Wolves in their 45-23 win over SCSU. Woodward recorded two interceptions and an incredible eight passes defended in the game, which is the most in a single game in NCAA Division II this season. Woodward made perhaps the biggest defensive play of the game for the Wolves as his interception in the end zone on first and goal in the fourth quarter helped preserve a 35-23 lead. He also helped setup NSU’s go-ahead touchdown with his first interception in the second quarter. Woodward also chipped in with nine tackles in the win.
