Mundt lead the Peacocks to a 1-1 mark over the weekend as she recorded an NSIC high 45 kills (5.62/set) in eight sets vs. St. Cloud State and No. 2 Minnesota Duluth. She had 27 kills in a 3-1 win over SCSU and followed that up with a 18 kill performance in a 3-1 loss to UMD. Mundt hit .402 for the week and added five digs and two blocks. UIU joins No. 1 Tampa as the only teams to have won a set against UMD this season.

Rainey continued a streak of 11 matches with at least 15 digs, hauling in 41 total in a pair of UMD victories, good for an NSIC high 5.86 per set. She had 23 digs without a single reception error on Saturday night against Upper Iowa and added one service ace and eight assists to her impressive defensive stats. This marks the third week in a row Rainey has been named NSIC Defensive Player of the Week.

McClintock’s week was highlighted when she recorded her second triple-double of the season with 45 assists, 13 digs and 10 kills in 3-1 win over MSU Moorhead. McClintock had 51 assists against NSU as the No. 13 Wildcats improved to 7-1 in NSIC play.

- Recorded one of her best matches of the season against Sioux Falls tallying 22 kills in the 3-2 win.
- Smashed 14 kills in the team’s previous game against Southwest Minnesota State and combined to hit 36 kills on the weekend
- Also recorded 20 digs on the weekend, including 12 in the 3-2 win against USF
- Minot State got themselves back on the winning side of things this past weekend as they defeated the University of Sioux Falls in their second match of the weekend. Prior to traveling to Sioux Falls, the Beavers fell to No. ranked Southwest Minnesota State 3-0. A quick rebound enabled Minot State to defeat Sioux Falls 3-2.
- #4 Jen Dixon (OH, 5-9, Sr., Brandon, Manitoba/Vincent Massey) had a strong week herself as she became the Beavers all-time kills leader in the match against Southwest Minnesota State. Dixon ended the match with 10 kills, three kills ahead of second place on the list. In the second game of the weekend against Sioux Falls Dixon nearly reached 20 kills as she ended the match with 19 kills and 25 digs.
- #8 Tarah Dabovich (MH, 6-2, Jr., Phoenix, Ariz./North Canyon) was the third member of the Beavers to end the match against Sioux Falls with double-digit kills. The junior middle hitter ended the match with 14 kills
- Minot State won’t get a break from nationally ranked competition this weekend as Augustana College and Wayne State College visit the MSU Dome. The Beavers take on Augustana at 7 p.m. this Friday and Wayne State at 2 p.m. this Saturday.

Tori Biach, So., Bradenton, Fla., Saint Stephens Episcopal
Biach recorded 22 kills over the weekend for the Wolves (2.75/set) as they split the week against No. 13 Wayne State (L, 1-3) and 16th-ranked Augustana (W, 3-1) and hit a team-best .500 attack percentage in the two matches. Biach also added seven total blocks over the weekend. In the NSU win over Augustana, Biach recorded 13 kills and hit an incredible .579 in the match.
Drew Smith, Jr., Ames, Iowa, Ames HS
Smith averaged 13.12 assists per set over the weekend, 105 overall. After notching 44 assists against WSC, Smith had a huge match against Augie as she recorded 61 assists (career-high in four-set match) and setup a Wolves squad that hit .357 as a team. For the week, NSU hit .312. Smith also averaged 2.38 digs per set and had her eighth double-double of the season against AC as she added 12 digs in the win.

- Led team with 40 digs in two matches
- Posted a 5.00 digs/set average in eight sets
- Recorded new career high of 27 digs against Minot State
- Also dished out eight assists and a service ace.
Sioux Falls came up one set short of evening their conference record, sweeping U-Mary before falling to Minot State in five sets. The Cougars smashed 45 kills (15.0/set) at a .398 clip to sweep the Marauders for their third straight win. USF was looking for their fourth win in-a-row, but Minot State halted the Cougar offense with 93 digs and USF dropped the match in five sets. Sioux Falls hosts Mount Marty for a non-conference match on Tuesday night before heading to the road for weekend matches against Northern State and MSU Moorhead.

The Huskies are coming off of two NSIC losses against Upper Iowa (1-3) and Winona State (0-3)
- Kaitlin Doughty (Tomahawk, Wis.) lead the Huskies in kills with 142 on the year.
- Erin Ohlemann (Golden Valley, Minn.) is number six on the NSIC leader board. She tallied 550 assists this season, averaging 10.38 assists per set.
- Brianne Stamer (Hutchinson, Minn.) is second in the NSIC in digs. Stamer posted 280, averaging 5.28 digs per set.
- St. Cloud State sits tenth in both attack percentage and kills in the NSIC. The Huskies hold a .202 attack percentage as a team and average 12.98 kills per set.

The Winona State women’s volleyball team split their conference matches this week, losing 3-0 to No. 3 Minnesota-Duluth on Friday night and then came back to sweep St. Cloud State in straight sets 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.
This week, Winona State (11-3, 6-2 NSIC) travels to Minnesota-Crookston (8-8, 2-6 NSIC) and Bemidji State (3-13, 1-7 NSIC)
Winona State is 4-2 against Minnesota-Crookston since 2010 and are looking for their first win in Crookston since 2009. The Warriors have won seven straight matches against Bemidji State, dating back to 2010.

NSIC/US Bank Volleyball Tournament on November 11, 14-15. Quarterfinals will be hosted on campus by the top four seeds while the semifinals and championship will be hosted by the highest remaining seed following the first round of play.
