Meyer continued to be the driving force for the Bulldogs’ offense, averaging 26.0 points and 10.5 rebounds per game on the weekend while shooting 54.5 percent from the field. Meyer scored a career-high 37 points on Friday night against Bemidji State while securing her seventh double-double of the season with 14 rebounds. The 78-65 win over BSU on Friday also gave UMD head coach Annette Wiles her 400th career victory. Meyer then added 15 points, seven boards and two steals in a 72-67 win over Minnesota Crookston. This marks the third time this season Meyer has been named NSIC North Division Player of the Week (12/8/14 & 12/22/14).

Yossi averaged 18 points, two rebounds and two assists per game in NSIC home wins over Minnesota State and Concordia-St. Paul. Yossi scored season-high 23 points, going 10 for 10 from the foul line, in Friday’s 62-46 win over Minnesota State. She then added 13 points and was one of six double digit scorers for the Wildcats in Saturday’s 85-76 win over Concordia-St. Paul. Yossi shot 44 percent from the field (8-18) and 90 percent at the foul line (18-20) in the two games. The Wildcats have now won four straight to sit at 13-3 and 7-3 in the NSIC.
