Riewer averaged 19.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 2.0 steals as No. 9 MSU Moorhead went 2-0 at home last weekend and locked up the NSIC North Division title. Riewer had 18 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals in the Dragons’ 89-67 win over Minnesota Duluth on Friday and followed that up with 20 points, nine assists and eight rebounds in MSUM’s 94-76 win over St. Cloud State on Saturday. His nine assists tied a career high. Riewer shot 52.2 percent (12-of-23) from the field, including 53.8 percent (7-of-13) from three-point range for the week as the Dragons improve to 14-0 at home this season. This marks the fourth time this season Riewer has been named NSIC Player of the Week (11/24, 12/22 & 2/2).

Marei averaged 21 points and 11.3 rebounds per game last week as Minnesota State went 2-1. Marei shot 64.1% from the field, to go along with seven blocks. This past weekend he posted 24 points and 15 rebounds against both Winona State and Upper Iowa for his 26th and 27th career double-doubles. This marks the third time this season Marei has been named NSIC Player of the Week (12/15 & 1/5).
