James helped lead the Vikings to a 7-1 record over the past week as he hit. 654 with 17 hits in 26 at bats.  His 17 hits and 12 runs scored led the NSIC over the past week, while his 11 RBI were tied for third best.   James added three walks and two doubles as well.  His four hits in a win against Northern State on Saturday was a career high.

Hamilton picked up his second win of the year as he tossed a complete-game shutout against Northern State, his second straight complete game of the season. Hamilton went all seven innings, giving up just three hits and walking only one batter. The right-hander also notched a career-high nine strikeouts in the victory against the Wolves.
