NSIC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week
Alexis Zeis (Jr., Bismarck, N.D. / Bismarck HS)
University of Mary
- Won the
Roy Griak Invite for the second consecutive year, finishing in a time of 22:10.20
- Won the event by 14.8 seconds to help UMary to the team title, edging UMD by two points
- Was named
USTFCCCA DII National Athlete of the Week for the second time this season and fourth time in the past two years
- Has won the last seven meets that she has competed in
- Has earned NSIC Athlete of the Week honors twice already this season

- Sophomore transfer Ida Narbuvoll also had a strong performance with a fourth place finish in a time of 22:43.60 |
