NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#32 Gabbie Bohl (F, 6-2, R-Fr., Minot, N.D. / Bishop Ryan HS)
University of Mary

- Averaged an NSIC high 24.5 points along with 8.0 rebounds last week
- Made 19-of-32 shots (59.3 percent) as she led UMary in scoring both games
- Scored 26 points with eight rebounds in a 65-60 loss to USF, going 8-of-9 at the free throw line
- Scored 23 points with 8 rebounds in a 82-76 win over SMSU, making 10-of-15 shots
- Scored 11 of Mary’s 14 4th quarter points in overtime win against SMSU

- Averaged 22.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks over the weekend
- Notched 21 points while going 9-11 from the floor with eight rebounds in 88-75 win over SCSU
- Shot 10-18 (55.6%) from the field against UMD in route to 24 points which tied a career-high
- Added another eight rebounds in the 70-59 win
- Shot 65.5% (19-29) combined in the two games
- Shot 7-10 (70.0%) from the free throw line over the weekend
- Tallied four blocks against Minnesota Duluth
- Played an average of 32.5 minutes per game

- The Beavers overcame a 26-9 deficit heading into the second quarter against the Wildcats to tie the game at 35-35
- Senior guards Tatum Sheley and Aimee Pelzer led BSU in scoring against WSC as Sheley finished with 20 points and Pelzer was one shy of her third consecutive 20-point game
- Augustana held control throughout the game versus Bemidji State, outshooting BSU 50.0 percent to 35.6
- Junior center Sierra Senske scored 21 points over the weekend to place herself 18 points shy of becoming the third BSU player to reach the 1,000-point mark this season

- She also continued her NSIC-leading assist average in conference play with 5.0 assists per game
- Junior Sierra Senske scored nine first-half points against WSC and finished with a team-high 12 against Augie to place herself 18 points shy of 1,000 for her career at BSU
- Senior Tatum Sheley led BSU in scoring at Wayne State with 20 points while she averaged 13.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game over the weekend

- CSP used a 13-5 run to close out the game and seal the 88-75 victory and their ninth consecutive win. The Golden Bears went 9-12 from the free-throw line three minutes of the game against the Huskies
- Concordia extended their winning streak to 10 games with win over UMD. It is the fourth team in program history since 2009-10 to win 10+ straight games
- CSP held a 40-22 points in the paint advantage against the Bulldogs

- Augustana used a big second half as they outscored UMC 51-39 
- Wayne State outscored UMC 39-33 in the second half
- UMC shot 35.9 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from beyond the arc against Wayne State

- Had two chances at a tie with under 10 seconds but couldn’t get the equalizer in a 61-58 loss to USF Saturday

- Kristal Flowers returned from an injury to combine for 25 points and 16 rebounds on the weekend, scoring 14 and adding 9 boards in the loss to USF Saturday

- Diondra Denton also returned to action after missing games due to injury to score 15 points and added 11 rebounds on the weekend

- Sioux Falls was 9-of-26 from deep against Minot State with Mariah Szymanski hitting four and Kaely Hummel knocking down three

- Andi Mataloni led the Cougars with 12.0 points per game, scoring a career-high 19 against U-Mary
- Mariah Szymanski tied Mataloni with six threes on the weekend and she averaged 11.0 points
- Madi Robson handed out 14 assists total and averaged 7.0 points in the two victories
- Sam Knecht scored 15 total points and grabbed 21 rebounds in the victories

- Taylor Silva knocked down a game tying layup with less than three seconds to play vs. U-Mary, sending the game into overtime

- The Huskies also had a stronger showing in the paint, outscoring CSP 38-32 in the category, as well as 12-6 in fast break points
- The 28-point loss to MSU was the Huskies largest thus far in the season
- The Huskies had three players shoot 100% from the free throw line in the game vs MSU

- Northern State controlled Friday night's second and fourth quarters to fuel a 23-point defeat of Upper Iowa on Friday
