- Batted .524 with 11 hits, two doubles, nine runs scored, eight RBI, 19 total bases, a .905 slugging percentage and two home runs
- Hit walk-off home run in the 11th inning of the Mavericks 2-1 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday
- Tallied five multi-hit games, including two games with three hits
- Garnered three multi-RBI games, including a four-RBI game against Winona State on Thursday
- Led team in doubles (2), total bases (19) and runs scored (9)
- Tied for team lead with two home runs, and was second in hits (11), RBI (8), and slugging percentage (.905)
- Recorded nine put-outs defensively in center field

- Tossed a nine-inning shutout to help Minot State to a 6-0 win in the series finale against WSU
- Allowed just three hits while walking only one and not allowing a batter to reach third base
- Threw 107 pitches including 77 strikes as he struck out six of the 31 batters he faced

- Isaac Hormann put up an impressive .391/.462/.565 slash line by going 9-23 with a homer, three walks and seven RBI for the week as he was one of five CSP starters to hit .321 or better

- Sr. CF Andrew Beyer scored seven times, drove in two runs and stole three bases

- Minnesota Crookston had strong pitching overall for the week with a 4.69 ERA in 48.0 innings pitched with 34 strikeouts and 22 walks
- At the plate, the Golden Eagles struggled at times as they hit .244 with 24 runs scored, seven doubles, one triple, one home run and 20 RBI
- The Golden Eagles had a .961 fielding percentage for the week
- Minnesota Crookston is currently in a tie for 11th place in the NSIC standings with Winona State

- Reed Hjelle hit .476 for the week with four runs scored, one double, one triple and four RBI
- He had a .619 slugging percentage and .522 on-base percentage
- Wyatt Peppel hit .375 in eight at-bats with one run scored and one double
- David Olson hit .400 in five at-bats with one run scored and two RBI
- Zach Seipel had three appearances with four innings pitched with only two hits allowed and six strikeouts with no runs as he earned one save on the week
- Justin Yutrzenka posted a 0-1 mark with a 0.00 ERA in seven innings pitched with six strikeouts as he lost a tough pitcher’s duel with Josh Lenz of Concordia-St. Paul

- The Maverick pitching staff went 6-0 with a 2.34 ERA and 52 strikeouts in 50 innings, while allowing less than one hit per inning

- Senior infielder Eric Peterson scored his 183rd career run in the third inning of the first game of Sunday’s doubleheader with Southwest Minnesota State to move into first place in program history for career runs scored
- The record was previously 182 career runs scored, held by Eric Lonquist (1999-2002)
- Junior southpaw Brody Rodning pitched his third consecutive seven-inning shutout in the Mavericks 2-0 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday
- Rodning struck out a season-high nine batters and held the Mustangs to three hits and a .130 batting average
- He has not allowed an earned run in 28 consecutive innings and lowered his season ERA to 0.29
- Three Mavericks batted over .500 on the week: senior first baseman Hunter Walsh (.571, 8-of-14), junior infielder Dylan Dresel (.545, 12-of-22) and junior outfielder Josh Wenzel (.524, 11-of-21)
- Junior outfielder Josh Wenzel batted .524 with a .583 on-base percentage, 11 hits, two doubles, nine runs scored, eight RBI, 19 total bases, a .905 slugging percentage and two home runs, including a walk-off home run in the 11th inning of the Mavericks 2-1 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday

- Michael Borst continues to drive in runners, finishing with five RBIs on the week and his team-leading fourth home run to bat .348
- Justin Demary had four doubles as a part of a seven-hit week batting .350
- Kendal Daniels tossed a complete-game three hitter in a 6-0 Minot State win in the finale against WSU with six strikeouts to improve to 1-2
- Tanner Alexander gutted out an eight-hitter to help MISU win 3-2 in extra innings in the opening game of the series, allowing two runs while striking out eight to run his record to 3-1

- The NSU offense as a whole struggled hitting just .177 in the six game week
- The Wolves defense tallied just four errors in the series, while the pitching staff tallied 28 total strikeouts
Top Performer(s)
- Ben Carolin and Seth Sullwold led the team in week two with five each, batting .263 and .385
- Nick Hoffard and Luke Chevalier threw solid games in each of their outings versus the Vikings, keeping the Wolves in each of the two games
- Hoffard threw 7.2 innings on Saturday giving up just one earned run on four hits with five strikeouts
- Chevalier threw a seven inning complete game on Sunday, giving up just two earned runs on six hits with seven strikeouts

- USF scored double digit runs on Sunday in a sweep of BSU for the second time this year
- They tied a season high 16 hits in the 13-6 win in the opener when they scored eight runs in the top of the seventh to rally for the win

- Dan Johnson and Mitchell Lyall combined on a seven-inning four-hit shutout as USF defeated SMSU, 2-0 in the opener last Wednesday
- Johnson, who moved to 2-1 on the season, allowed just three hits over five innings with five strikeouts and two walks
- He was also USF's last starting pitcher to throw a shutout, a 1-0 nine-inning four-hitter against Concordia St. Paul on May 1, 2016
- Over the four-game series with BSU, Josh Rehwaldt hit .462 with six hits in 13 AB and with six walks had a .650 OBP over four games
- On Sunday, Rehwaldt was 5-of-6 and walked five times as he reached base in 10-of-11 plate appearances
- Griffing-Jarvis, who in addition to his grand slam, hit .438 with seven hits, five runs scored, team-best eight RBI and a .6225 slugging percentage with a .550 OBP
- Gunner Peterson hit .462 in four games with six hits, including his first career grand slam

- The Huskies split their action on a rainy April 2, winning the first game 3-0, followed by a 3-0 loss to the Peacocks
- Nine Huskies scored 3 or more runs on the weekend, allowing them to outscore the Peacocks 36-6 on the weekend

- Outfielder Jackson Goplen had a strong showing for the Huskies with four runs, six hits, and two homeruns on the weekend. He also brought in six batters
- Senior pitcher David Kroger struck out six batters in 4.1 innings, and allowed no hits and gave up no runs in his two showings, earning the save on April 1- Game 2
- Judd Davis brought in four runners, while Zach Metzger registered 5 RBI, and Jordan Joseph brought in six

- The pitching staff registered an ERA of 5.98 allowing 34 runs, 29 earned, on 46 hits

- Tyus Adkins threw a masterful two-hit, complete game shutout for the Peacocks recording two strikeouts in the final game of the weekend series with St. Cloud State
- For the week, Adkins threw 12 innings, including 3 innings of relief against Augie, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits for a 1.50 ERA
- The win was his first of the season, but second straight complete game, nine-inning victory at Joe Faber Field in St. Cloud, Minn. 
- Zackary Cain was the other Peacock to earn a win; he picked it up in relief in the opener against Augustana; Cain lost his start in the opening game of the SCSU series
- Brett Fanning and Ryan Munoz both threw well in their starts at SCSU; Fanning allowed one earned run in a complete game 3-0 loss and Munoz allowed three runs on four hits in his seven innings duing a 3-1 loss to the Huskies
- Anthony Calton, Cain and Alex George all had 6 hits in the week, while Jacob Greco tallied 5 hits. George had 3 doubles and a homerun, while Greco had two doubles and two homers and Calton added a pair of doubles
