Jacobsen Bosch, a four-year member of the Mustang tennis team, graduated from Southwest Minnesota State in 1992 with a degree in Political Science. Jacobsen Bosch was a four-time all-NSC and All-District selection. She won four NSC singles and doubles championships and was a four-time NAIA District 13 singles and doubles champion. Jacobsen Bosch recorded a career singles record of 109-23 and a career doubles mark of 90-24 for a career winning percentage of .809. Her singles victories and winning percentage are both Southwest Minnesota State and Northern Sun Conference records. She was named a GTE All-American in 1992 and was nationally ranked in both singles and doubles from 1990-1992. She earned NAIA All-America honors in 1990 and received the NAIA Women’s Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship Award in 1992. Among her other
accomplishments include winning the Rolex Central Division Doubles Championship in 1990 and 1991. Jacobsen Bosch was honored as one of Southwest Minnesota State’s Top 30 Female Athletes from 1970-2000 and was inducted into the Southwest Minnesota State Hall of Fame in 2002. She was named an Academic All-American in 1992 and an NAIA Scholar-Athlete in 1991 and 1992. In 1992, Jacobsen Bosch was named the Southwest Minnesota State Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
She currently resides in Estherville, Iowa.
