- Eclipsed the NCAA automatic qualifying time in two races last week in California
- Competing at the
Mt. SAC Relays, she broke the UMD record in the 1500m with a time of 4:13.54
- Her 1500m time ranks her first in the NSIC, second in Division II and fourth in all college divisions
- At the
Beach Invitational, she broke the UMD record in the 800m run with a time of 2:05.89 ranking her number one in the conference and number one in the nation

UNK Loper Invitational in Kearney, Nebraska
- Won the shot put with a personal-best mark of 52-1.75, which is the top mark in NCAA Division II
- Placed second in the discus (165-0) and was third in the hammer throw at 203-1
- This marks the third time this year Dendinger has surpassed the 200 foot mark in the discus
- Set three NCAA automatic marks for the first time in the same meet
- Named NSIC Field Athlete of the Week for third consecutive week

- She was BSU’s top finisher and surpassed her previous personal best by nearly 10 feet
- On the track, Christa Benson led the Beavers
- The junior matched her personal-best in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing seventh with a mark of 67:35
- Her time was good enough to rank 14th in the NSIC this outdoor season |

- Savannah Olson also continued her outstanding freshman campaign placing third in the shot put with a mark of 40-04.
- In addition, she was part of a 4x400-meter relay team that posted the Beavers’ top mark of 2017
- The quartet of Benson, Kristen Petron, Alex Coleman and Marissa Morgenstern broke the tape in 4:18.00 to finish fifth |

- The quartet of Erica Young, Wakpor Ighovojah, Leah Amundson and Kalle Burney teamed up to shave over two seconds off of the CSP record set two years ago in the 4x400 meter relay. The group registered in with a time of 3:56.89, edging the previous record of 3:58.97, en route to finishing third.
- Kalle Burney and Erica Young put up big efforts elsewhere as well by combining for six of the team's 12 top-5 finishes in the meet. Burney wrapped up second in the 400 meter run, third in the 110 meter hurdles and third in the high jump while Young took home third in the javelin throw and fourth in the long jump. |

- Alexis Zeis set a school record with an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 16:23.38 in the 5,000 meter run at the Mt. SAC Relays in an invitational elite section as she ranks third in the nation
- Tonie-Ann Pandohie broke her own school record and helped post three NCAA provisional qualifying marks
- The junior ran the 100 meter hurdles in 13.48 seconds, a provo time, a school record and the second-best mark in the country
- Pandohie joined with Julia Hammerschmidt, Maria Bolibruch and Melanie Rodriguez to post a time of 3:42.78 in the 4X400 relay at the Bryan Clay Invitational to rank first in the NSIC and sixth in the country
- Hammerschmidt, Bolibruch, Pandohie and Tanesha Davis combined to run the 4x100 meter relay in 46.28 seconds at the Cal State LA Twilight to rank second in the NSIC and 14th in the country
- Kylie Pastian posted provisional marks in the long jump (5.88 meters) and triple jump (11.75 meters) at the Blue Hark.

- Trost broke the school record in the mile with a time of 4:13.51 at the Mt. Sac Relays
- Michaela Hesse took top honors in the high jump with a leap of 5-03 at the Lee Krough Invite
- Rachelle LeBlanc went 10'-10.25" in the pole vault to outdo eight other competitors at the Lee Krough Invite
- Colbenson broke the UMD 3,000-meter steeplechase record, finishing fourth overall (the top three placers were all from the NCAA Division I ranks) in a time of 10:10.69 at the the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Kohlwey finished 25th overall and first among non-NCAA I and unattached runners in the 200-meter dash with a school-record effort of 24.53
- Kohlewy was 12th in the 100-meter hurdles with a school-record 13.63 clocking |

- The 4x100m relay team of Elizabeth Raecke, Madison Barnes, Mackenzie Cruzen, and Toni-Ann Ingram opened the running events winning the event with a time of 50.27 |

- The Huskies sent a single athlete the Mt. Sac Relays from April 13-15 in Torrance, Calif. in Sam Sunstrom and the rest of the team to the Lee Krough Invite on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota
- Sunstrom achieved an NCAA DII provisional mark in the 10,000m with her run of 34:48.72
- Her mark was the fifth highest among all DII runners in the event and 33rd overall of the 52 runners that completed
- The rest of the squad went to the Lee Krough Invite and achieved four event wins, seven top three-finishes and a pair of NCAA DII provisional marks
- Patience Yalartai won both the long jump (5.71m/18-9 and the triple jump (12.06m/39-7) at the meet
- Her mark in the triple was an NCAA DII provisional mark
- Other event wins for SCSU include freshman Dominique Buechel winning the discus with her NCAA DII provisional mark of 46.02m/151-00
- Bailee Brazerol won both the preliminaries ( 12.30) and the finals of the 100m (12.18) |

- Brinn Grunder and Caitlin Himes were the story of the day for the Peacocks, setting more records and winning an event
- Grunder broke the outdoor shot put record with a throw of 42'-9" (13.04m), and placed second overall
- The freshman from Durant, Iowa was .31m shy of tying for first place in the event
- Himes was the discus champion with a throw of 44.28m (145'-3"), winning by a wide margin; the next closest competitor finished with a throw of 39.96m
- The freshman from Tipton, Iowa took her first event championship of her career
- Kenzie Soeken placed fourth in the high jump with a leap of 1.55m (5'-1"), while Shania Kappes finished 22nd in the event with a leap of 4.27m
- Gabbie Mohs placed 10th with a throw of 27.49m (90'-2")
- Cami Pickett finished right behind in 11th with a toss of 27.25m (89'-5") and Taylor Dormann placed 12th with a throw of 26.97m (88'-6")
- Soeken finished 27th overall with a throw of 21.39m (70'-2"), and MeKenzie Coppage placed 30th (18.37m)
- Bridgett Madden participated in the shot put along with Grunder, and placed 24th overall with a throw of 10.13m (33'-3") to round out the field events
- In the track events, Alyssa Weber finished 11th in the 1500m run with a time of 5:33.35, and Breyanna Hill placed 11th in the 400m dash with a time of 1:05.06
- In the 100m, Bronwyn Miller placed 36th (14.37), while Hill (28.05) and Ashley Brady (30.04) placed 19th and 23rd respectively in the 200m dash
- In her usual 5000m, Chandra Smith ran a 20:26.28 to placed third overall to round out the day in long-distance |

- Nelson set a new personal best and threw the second best throw in program history while taking fourth in the hammer with a mark of 59.85 meters/196-04
- Megan Seidl won the 200 meters in a time of 24.20 seconds, setting a stadium record in the process. Seidl went two-for-two, winning the 400 meter dash in a time of 55.36 seconds
- Kaitlyn Long won the shot put, throwing a 13.10 meters/42-11.75 feet. Long also won the hammer with a throw of 50.54 meters/165-10
- Ali Johnson took first in the 800 meter run, winning with a time of 2:15.76
- Hailey Deschaine won the long jump, making a mark in the dirt at 5.86 meters/19-2.75
- Tamika Tucker's jump was fourth best in WSU history. Amanda Schaefer's mark is tied for eighth in program history
- Tamika Tucker also took second in the triple jump, marking an 11.50 meters/37-8.75 feet. It was the sixth best mark in WSU history
- Kathleen Taylor took fourth in the discus with her throw of 47.85 meters/157-00 feet. Taylor's throw was sixth all-time in WSU program history
- Raissa Hansen won the 3,000 meters in a time of 11:05.26 at the Jim Duncan Invite |
