Alexis Zeis (Sr., Bismarck, N.D. / Bismarck)

- Placed first at the Randy Smith - MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight
- Ran the 4K course in 13.13.3 to win by over 47 seconds
- Led No. 6 UMary to a 19-47 win over No. 9 Minnesota Duluth
- Is the 2016 NCAA D2 cross country runner-up, 2015 national champion and 3-time All-American

- Freshman Brittny Hillstrom finished 35th with a time of 16:20.1
- Freshman Ashley Kinnard finished 36th with a time of 16:20.9

- Bemidji State finished seventh among eight teams at the Dragon Twilight 4K in Moorhead, Minn.
- Four of BSU’s top five finishers were true freshmen

- Ruth Lindberg improved on her time in last year’s race at the same course at 25:02.4, finishing 12th of 167 and posted the fifth best time in program history on the CUW course

- Finished second out of 12 teams at the Ken Weidt Classic, finishing ahead of a regionally-ranked DIII team (Concordia-Wisconsin)

- Alexis Zeis rampaged through the MSU Moorhead Twilight course to claim first in the Marauders opening race of the year
- The 2016 NCAA D2 cross country runner-up and the 2015 national champion ran a 13:13.3 to win by 47.6 seconds
- Jaiden Schutte placed third overall with a mark of 14:02.0, just 1.1 seconds out of second
- Three other Marauders finished in the top seven; Kaycie Stewart, Rebekkah Bond and Bree Erickson placed 5-6-7

-The 6th ranked Marauders rolled to the MSU Moorhead Twilight, outpacing #9 Minnesota Duluth 19-47

- Hanna Wahl, Kylie Werner, and Lindsey Gast rounded out the top-10 for the Wolves

- The Northern State women won the Herb Blakely Invite with 17 team points
- The Wolves raced to an average time of 19:33.00, finishing with the top four places in the meet and landing seven in the top-10
