NSIC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week
Steven Brown  (Jr., Orangevale, Calif. / Casa Roble HS)

Sioux Falls
- Clocked a 25:03.0 to win the Men's Maroon DII 8K race at the Roy Griak Invitational
- Helped lead the No. 11 ranked Cougars to third place finish in the team standings
- Becomes the third straight Cougar to win the Griak (Mason Phillips won past two years)
- Finished over seven seconds ahead of the second place finisher


Other Top Performances
Aaron Runge (AUGIE), with a second-place finish at the 2019 Roy Griak invite, helped lead the Vikings to their fourth-straight Roy Griak Title. The senior from Alexandria, Minnesota crossed the line in 25:10.2, just seven seconds behind the individual champion. With four runners in the top eight spots, Augustana finished first overall with 42 points. Runge now has a seventh and second-place finish this season.

Nadir Yusuf (MSUM) led the Dragons to a second straight meet win at the Wildcat Classic; Won the meet with an 8K time of 25:21.78; Was the second meet win of 2019 as he  also won the Dragon Twilight.

Josh Jarpey (WSU) had a runner-up finish at the Lucian Rose Invite with an 8K time of 25:56.1.
