NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#10 Brandon Myer (F, 6-8, 210, Sr., Superior, Wis. / Superior) - Minnesota Duluth
- Became UMD’s all-time leading scorer in game against BSU
- Has scored 1,967 points in his career
- Averaged 42 points on weekend, including 44 points in overtime win against UMC
- Added 40 points in a 83-76 loss at BSU
- Averaged 15 rebounds on weekend with 13 against UMC and 17 against BSU
- Shot 65.2% (30-of-46) on the weekend and 47.1% (8-17) from beyond the arc
- Was 88.9% (16-of-18) from the charity stripe
- Added three assists and three steal as he averaged 39.5 minutes a night.
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the fifth time this season (11/12/19, 12/9/19, 2/10/20, 2/17/20)

#10 Caleb Wagner (G, 6-1, 185, Sr., Muskego, Wis. / Muskego HS) - Winona State
- Averaged 22.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and seven assists, 1.5 steals in road sweep
- Shot 48.6% over two games and 3-of-8 from downtown in a 75-60 win at CSP
- Had a season best nine assists in a 79-72 win at Minnesota State
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the second time this season (12/16/19)

#5 Derek Thompson (BSU) averaged a double-double with 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds per game in a weekend sweep over SCSU and (RV) UMD; Shot 66.7 percent (16-24) from the field and 91.7 percent (11-12) from the free-throw line; Recorded his ninth career double-double with 24 points and 14 rebounds versus SCSU; Exited the weekend five points shy of 1,000 for his career.
#44 Matthew Kreklow (UMary) led Marauders to 75-69 road win at MSU Moorhead in season finale; posted 7th double double of season with 26 points and 10 rebounds; made 7-of-9 shots from floor and 12-of-13 free throws; for weekend he averaged 17 ppg, 7 rpg, shot 69% from the floor (11-of-16) and 92% at the free throw line (12-of-13).
#1 Johnny Beeninga (MSUM) averaged 17.0 points, 6.0 assists and 3.5 rebounds per game for week; had season-high 21 points and had six assists in 75-55 win over Minot State; had 13 points and six assists in loss to Mary on Saturday.
#21 Gabe King (NSU) led Northern State averaging 17.5 points per games as the Wolves secured their third straight NSIC Championship; Shot 57.1% from the floor and 50.0% from the 3-point line; Tallied 12 rebounds, including a weekend high nine versus Minot State; Knocked down 7-of-8 from the foul line and added two assists, one block, and one steal.
#4 Trevon Marshall (SCSU) helped the Huskies close the season with a win by averaging a team-leading 29.0 points per game with 5.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.5 steals; Shot .575 (23-40) from the field, including a 1-2 mark from three-point range and shot 11-12 from the free throw line; Was a rebound and assist shy of a triple-double in St. Cloud State’s 89-77 win over Minnesota-Crookston; tallied 31 points on 12-20 shooting with nine rebounds and nine assists in 39 minutes of work; Added 27 points on 11-20 shooting in Friday evening’s loss to Bemidji State.

#35 Adam Dykman (AUGIE) helped push the Vikings’ win streak to five games; tallied 11 points in Augustana’s win over NSIC South Division Champion Sioux Falls; followed with 16 points at Southwest Minnesota State; averaged 13.5 points over the two games; made 10-of-14 field goal attempts for 71.4 percent from the field; grabbed 4.0 rebounds per game.
#21 Cameron Kirksey (MSU) averaged a team-leading 29.5 points per game last weekend; Hauled in 7.5 rebounds a game; Shot 21-of-36 (.583) from the field and 5-of-11 (.455) from three point range; Notched a double-double of 29 points and 13 rebounds against Upper Iowa.
#2 Jack Thompson (USF) averaged 15.5 points, 4.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and hit 7-of-16 three pointers as USF clinched the NSIC South title with a 1-1 record. Thompson was 11-of-24 from the field and 2-of-3 at the foul line. In a close loss 61-58 to Augustana, he scored 13 points with a career-high seven assists, four rebounds and was 3-of-7 from three. He had 18 points, two rebounds, and an assist in a 75-64 win over Wayne State. Against WSC, he made 7-of-13 field goals which included 4-of-9 from three as USF won to clinch the title. Thompson is averaging 10.6 ppg, 3.1 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals per game this year.
#2 Lucas Duax (UIU) average 12 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 steals and 2.0 assists per game in the Peacocks weekend split against Minnesota State and Concordia - St. Paul. Duax tied a career-high five steals in Friday night’s win over the Mavericks. Duax leads the NSIC with 59 steals on the year and 2.1 per game.
