Joelle Thorfinnson (Jr., Glennwood, Minn. / Minnewaska Area HS) - Sioux Falls

- Went 6-0 in singles and doubles in wins over MSU, Gustavus Adolphus and SMSU
- Teamed with Rachel Klatt to defeat MSU and SMSU for 6-1 doubles wins
- Teamed with Megan Quandt  to defeat GAC 6-4 in doubles
- Extended her singles winning streak to five straight
 - Is 7-1 in doubles play this season at No. 1 or No. 2
- Is 3-1 at No. 1 and 4-0 at No. 2 doubles this season

Other Top Performances - Players
Anca Rusu (Augie) won a pair of matches 6-0, 6-0 and claimed a pair of doubles victories in 6-0 fashion; Helped Augustana top Southwest Minnesota State 7-0 then follow up the following day to topple Minnesota State 7-0; She had a perfect weekend, not giving up a single set and improved her overall record on the season to 7-0 in singles play while owning a 10-0 record in doubles action.
Tasha Dembo (UMary) finished the weekend a perfect 4-0, winning both of her singles and doubles matches as the Marauders swept their final weekend home series of the season over Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State; In singles she defeated UMD’s Megan Anderson in straight sets (6-2, 6-0) before rallying past Shanna Kinney 4-6, 6-2, 6-3; In #1 doubles play Dembo teamed with Yusra Hegy for a pair of wins;  Dembo is 7-1 this season in #1 singles play and 8-0 in #1 doubles action to help the Marauders to. 7-1 record overall and third place in the NSIC.
Julia Geske (MSUM) went 2-0 at both No. 1 singles and doubles to help MSUM remain unbeaten; beat SCSU's Shanna Kinny, 6-1, 6-1 to help MSUM win 7-0; beat UMD's Megan Anderson, 6-2, 6-3 to help Dragons edge Bulldogs 4-3; went 2-0 in doubles with Olivia Keelin, winning 6-1 over SCSU and 7-6 (7-3) over UMD; Is now 8-0 in singles and 7-0 in doubles this season.
Deimante Krivickaite (UIU) went undefeated at No. 1 singles and picked up a win at No. 1 doubles to help UIU to a weekend split; won 7-5, 6-1 against BSU and 6-0, 6-0 against UMC in singles action; teamed up with Alejandra Abella for a 6-0 doubles win against UMC.
Rachel Kelly (WSU) went 2-0 over the weekend at No. 4 singles to move to 7-1 on the year; won 6-0, 6-0 at Minnesota Crookston; Won 6-2, 6-3 at Bemidji State; Went 2-0 at #2 doubles to stay undefeated (8-0) on the year.
