NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#34 Amber Stevahn (F, 5-11, Jr., Bismarck, N.D. / Shiloh Christian HS) - Minot State
- Averaged a NSIC high 22.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in a pair of home wins
- Shot 64.5 percent from the field, connecting on 20-of-31 shots
- Had 18 points and 11 rebounds in a 76-45 win on Friday against UMC
- Registered a career-high 27 points with 11 boards in a 59-47 win on Saturday
- Recorded first two double doubles of the season
NSIC South Division Player of the Week
#22 Erin Norling (F., 5-11, Sr., Loretto, Minn. / Delano HS) - Wayne State
- Averaged 18 points and 10.5 rebounds per game in a road sweep at Upper Iowa
- Had 17 points, nine rebounds and four assists in Friday’s 84-79 win
- Recorded her third double-double of the year with 19 points and 12 rebounds in Saturday’s 78-70 win
- Named player of the week for the second time this season (1/4/21)

#12 Brooklyn Bachmann (BSU) averaged 19.5 points in a weekend sweep at UMary. Led BSU to its first four-game conference win streak since 1991-92. She tied a career-high with 24 points in Saturday’s win. She shot 48.3 percent from the field (14-29) and 66.6 percent from 3-point range (6-9) over the weekend. She totaled 10 assists, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and one block on the weekend.
#24 Lauren Rotunda (UMary) averaged 19 points and 8 rebounds per game in UMary’s weekend series against Bemidji State.
#2 Tori Wortz (SCSU) averaged 16.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 steals, 1.5 blocks and 3.0 assists in St. Cloud State’s split with Northern State. Led the Huskies in scoring both nights with 16 points and added three steals, a block and three assists in Friday’s win and did not commit a single turnover. She tallied 16 points with five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals.
Other Top Performances - South
#32 Aislinn Duffy (AUGIE) played a big role in Friday night’s victory against Winona State. Duffy garnered a near triple-double in the game, having 13 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high seven assists. Duffy was perfect from the charity stripe and shot 50 percent from the field.
#23 Tayla Stuttley (MSU) led the Mavericks in scoring, averaging 16 points per game in dealing the SMSU their first loss of the season on Saturday.
#10 Anna Brecht (USF) averaged 17.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.5 spg, 1.0 bpg, 1.0 apg. She has scored double-digits in all six USF games and hit 20 points three times. She hit 10-of-22 FG, 4-of-8 from 3 and 10-of-11 from the foul line. In an 83-68 win on Saturday over Concordia, St. Paul, she had 20 points (5-of-11 FG, 3-of-4 from 3 pt range, 7-of-8 FT) with a career high nine rebounds, two blocks and two steals. In a 64-50 setback, she had 14 points and three rebounds with a steal and assist.
#1 Meleah Reinhart (SMSU) averaged 20 points on the weekend while shooting 52 percent from the field. SMSU split the weekend against Minnesota State with a 75-66 win on Friday and a 68-61 defeat Saturday. Reinhard went 5 of 9 from beyond the arc, and was the leading scorer in both games. Friday night she earned her 1,000th career point on a free throw attempt late in the third quarter, becoming the 22nd Mustang to achieve this milestone.
#2 Lydia Haack (UIU) averaged 20 points, 6 assists, and 3.5 rebounds per game. She currently leads the NSIC in scoring with 138 points over 8 games this season and is ranked fourth in points per game at 17.3. Her 46 made free throws and 51 attempts each lead the NSIC, and she is one of five players in the conference shooting better than 90% from the charity stripe.
