NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#24 Brooke Olson (F, 6-2, Sr., Rice Lake, Wis. / Rice Lake HS) - Minnesota Duluth

- Averaged 21 points, 7 rebounds, a block and shot 25-43 (58.1%) over three games 
- Tallied 17 points and 11 rebounds against No. 2 Drury 
- Scored 29 points against Wisconsin-Parkside, including nine in overtime
- Added 17 points in a win over Michigan Tech.
- Was 10-of-11 from the free throw line (90.9%)

NSIC South Division Player of the Week
#10 Meghan DuBois (G, 5-7, Jr., Brooklyn Park, Minn. / Park Center HS) - Concordia-St. Paul

- Averaged 13.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists & 2.0 steals in a pair of wins
- Posted an 11 points, 11 rebound with 5 assists & 3 steals against Northern Michigan
- Had 16 points on 7-9 shooting with 9 assists and 7 rebounds in 97-65 win over North Central
- Shot 57.9 pct (11-19) from the field and made three from three-point range 
 
Other Top Performances - North
#11 Kate Head (MINOT)
had a career-high 11 assists Saturday against Maryville. Averaged 10.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 8.5 assists  on the week.  
#23 Haley Johnson (NSU) led the team with 16 points in a 76-67 win at South Dakota Mines. Added seven rebounds, two assists, and three steals, while shooting the ball 5-10 from the field and 6-6 from the free throw line.
#10 Brehna Evans (SCSU) led the Huskies to a 1-1 weekend in Hays, Kansas by averaging 18.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 6.0 steals. She shot 13-24 (.542) from the floor and went 7-10 at the free throw line. She helped St. Cloud State’s defense hold opponents to 59.5 points per game and .372 shooting form the floor, including a .242 mark from three-point range. She scored a team-leading 24 points on 8-12 shooting in the Huskies 73-59 win over Newman. She added three steals, three assists and three rebound in the victory. She scored 12 points and added six rebounds, three steals, five assists and a block in the 58-51 loss to #4 Fort Hays State.

Other Top Performances - South
#23 Kenzie Rensch (AUGIE)
averaged 12 points on 69.2 percent shooting, 6.5 steals and 3.5 assists per game in the opening week for Augustana. The Vikings started their season 2-0. Against Peru State, Rensch was one steal shy of tieing the school record garnering a career-high 10 steals along with her 10 points to give her a unique double-double. Rensch had three steals in the win against Minnesota Morris along with 14 points on 71 percent shooting. 
#1 Joey Batt (MSU) led the team in scoring with 37 points in two contest this past week averaging 18.5 ppg. She was perfect from the free throw line during the week and went 12-12 against UW-Parkside on Saturday and leads the NSIC in FT percentage. She shot 37.5% from behind the arc going 3-8 this week. She sits third in the conference with 6.0 steals per game. 
#23 Megan Fannin (USF) led USF to a pair of nonconference wins by averaging 16.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and shooting 63.2 percent from the field. Fannin hit 12-of-19 field goals for 63.2 percent and was 4-of-6 from three-point range for 66.7 percent as well as knocking in 5-of-5 foul shots. She also had 11 total rebounds, an assist and a block in averaging 25.2 minutes. She scored 15 points in 19 minutes in a win over Presentation College as she made 6-of-10 field goals and 1-of-2 from three with three rebounds. In a 74-56 win over Black Hill State, she scored 18 points with eight rebounds, an assist and a block. She was 6-of-9 from the field for 66.7 percent and 3-of-4 from three with 3-of-3 from the foul line. Fannin has scored in double digits in three straight games.
#43 Emma Fee (WSU) led Winona State to a 2-0 start and the Quincy University Hansen-Spear Tournament Championship over the weekend, with two dominating performances for the Warriors. She averaged 15.5 points per game, leading the team in scoring. She averaged 6.5 rebounds per game and a blocked shot per outing. She collected five steals over the course of the weekend and earned a spot on the QU All-Tournament team.
