NSIC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Taylor Beagle (FR/IM, Sr., Lead, S.D. / Lead Deadwood HS) - Augustana
- Swan four NCAA "B" cut times at the three day
Augustana Invitational
- Broke the school record in the 500-Free (4:54.71), 200-IM (2:04.81), and was part of the 800-Free Relay that also broke the school record
- Won the 400-IM (4:25.18) and the 1650-Free (17:06.39) winning by over 20 seconds
- Named NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the third time this season (10/12/21 & 10/12/21)
NSIC Women's Diver of the Week
Madison Brinkman (Diver, Gr., Grey Eagle, Minn. / Melrose HS) - St. Cloud State
- Won the 1-meter dive against
UW-Eau Claire with 262.90 points
- Won the 3-meter dive as well with 260.56 points
- Helped SCSU to a 133-110 win
- Named NSIC Diver of the Week for the third time this season (11/2/21 & 11/16/21)
Other Top Swimming Performances
Farida Maher (CSP) posted the program's first two NCAA B-cut times in team history, She scored 69 of CSP's 80 team points at the 13-team Augustana Invitational. Her third place finish in the 200 free finals topped all NSIC swimmers, coming in behind a pair of DI athletes at 1:52.72. Her third place finish in the 100 free prelims topped all NSIC swimmers, only topped by a pair of DI competitors (52.10).
Inte Pas (USF) continues to dominate in the 100 and 200 breaststroke this season. At the Augustana Invite on Nov. 18-20, the freshman standout set personal bests, top NSIC times and top seven ranked times in winning both events with B standard times in those victories. In winning the 200 breast, the two-time All-NSIC honoree had a clocking of 2:18.33, which was a second clear of the 2:19.71 standard and ranks seventh in DII and is the top time in the NSIC in that event. She also has the top time in the 100 breast with a 1:03.28, which is her personal best, a top mark in the league, fourth in NCAA DII and a B standard (1:04.08) by almost a second.
Maddie Gonzales (NSU) recorded season best times in three individual events at the Augusta Invitational. On day one in the 200 yard IM she recorded a 15th place finish with a time of 2:11.76. On day two with a time of 58.47, she earned a 13th place finish in the 100 yard backstroke. On the final day of the invite she recorded the first top-5 placing for the Wolves, with a fourth place finish in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.31. Gonzales was also a part of the team's 200 yard medley relay team that finished in a time of 1:52.98 for a 26th place finish, and the 400 yard medley relay team that finished with a time of 4:03.80 for a 18th place finish.
Anna Reschko (SCSU) continued her excellent start to her collegiate career, finishing first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.36) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.14) in a dual against Eau Claire on Nov. 19.
