NSIC Offensive Player of the Week
#88 Luke Little (WR, 6-4, 221, Sr., Bismarck, N.D. /Century HS) - University of Mary
- Caught three touchdown passes to lead the Marauders to a 49-31 over Minot State in the Battle for the Big Lake
- Caught touchdowns from 5, 62 and 70 yards out and finished with 4 catches for 156 yards
- His 18 TD catches leads NCAA D2 and is a new Marauders single season school record
- Became the fifth UMary player to exceed 1,000 receiving yards in a season and the second this season, joining Danny Kittner

#27 Michael Kirkendoll (DB, 5-11, 174, Sr., Milwaukee, Wis. / Whitefish Bay HS) - Minnesota Duluth
- Intercepted two passes in a 41-15 win over No. 17 Augustana
- Added eight tackles, including five solo
- Added half a tackle for loss and returned on kickoff 29 yards as UMD improved to 8-2

#99 Nicholas Hernandez (K, 6-0, 185, Fr., San Antonio, Texas / Ronald Reagan HS) - Sioux Falls
- Scored eight points in a 38-17 win at Wayne State
- Connected on a 28 yard field goal in the third quarter to put Cougars up 17-10
- Was five-for-five on point after attempts

Offense
#10 Brandon Alt (BSU) finished with 376 passing yards and 4 TDs in 36-34 win at (RV) Northern State. He set the BSU single-season passing yardage record. He completed 65.2 of passes and set BSU single-season completion record. He recorded his 6th 300-yard passing game of the season and 3rd straight game with at least 4 touchdowns.
#16 Garrett Olson (UMD) went 11-18 with 171 passing yards and three touchdowns in a 41-15 upset win over Augustana. Additionally, Olson led the Bulldogs in rush yards with 76 yards on the game and one rushing TD from 51 yards out.
#10 Jalen Sample (MSU) recorded a career-high 10 catches and tallied a career-high 183 receiving yards. He posted two touchdown catches. This is the sixth time this season he has recorded more than 100 receiving yards in a game.
#3 Grady Bresnahan (MSUM) tied a season-high with 12 receptions in a 24-3 win at Concordia-St. Paul. He finished with 12 catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns. It was his fifth 100-yard receiving game of the season. Bresnahan is 120 yards from career receiving yards record at MSUM.
#21 Ali Mohamed (MINOT) eclipsed 1,000-yards rushing on the season with his 5th 100-plus yard rushing game this season and tacked on his 8th rushing touchdown and 9th score overall this season.
#12 Dewaylon Ingram (NSU) caught nine passes for 122 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown against Bemidji State. He averaged 13.6 yards per reception, and had a long of 19 yards. Ingram recorded his 12th touchdown reception of the season to break the school single season record. In the conference he is tied for fourth in receiving touchdowns (12), fifth in total receiving yards (961), and seventh in receiving yards per game (96.1).
#34 Thuro Reisdorfer (USF) rushed for 146 yards on 21 carries with a 64-yard TD to lead USF Football to its fifth win in six games in a 38-17 decision at Wayne State. Reisdorfer moved to 10th on USF’s career list with 2,288 yard. Reisdorfer, who averaged 7.3 per carry, led the NSIC’s top rushing attack to another big day with 241 rushing yards on 34 carries or 7.1 per tote. Reisdorfer had his sixth 100-yard rushing game of the season and 11th in his career for a tie with Gabe Watson (2017-18) for the seventh most in school history. In addition, he is just one of five backs (David Ruter, 1996-98; Mike Dvoracek, 2004-06; Nick Kortan, 2001-02; and Nephi Garcia (2013-14) with back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons. Reisdorfer, who had 1,150 yards in 2019, has accumulated 1,036 yards this year with eight TDs.
#18 Owen Burke (WSU) led the Warriors to their sixth victory of the year, directing a precise passing attack which ranks in the top-10 all-time in terms of passing accuracy in a contest. Was 23-of-29 with a touchdown and no interceptions, good for a 79.3% completion rate. Connected with 12 different receivers on the day, accumulating 244 passing yards. Scored a rushing touchdown late in the first half to give WSU a two-possession lead at halftime. Marked the fifth time this season Burke has thrown for over 225 yards.
Defense
#1 Ty’Rese Gibson (UMary) returned an interception 51 yards for a touchdown early in the 3rd quarter in the Marauders 49-31 win over Minot State in the Battle for the Big Lake. He broke up a 4th down pass on the opening drive of the game for Minot State that set up UMary’s first touchdown of the game. He finished with an interception, a pass break-up and two tackles.
#23 Nic Vinson (MSU) returned an interception 87 yards for a touchdown. He recovered a fumble at the MSU 40. The Mavericks scored a touchdown on their following drive. He broke up two passes and tallied two tackles.
#2 Marcus Gulley (MSUM) had seven tackles in the Dragons’ 24-3 win over Concordia-St. Paul. He had 1.5 tackles for loss and was a key part of defensive effort which held CSP to nine first downs and 179 total yards.
#5 JT Snow (MINOT) turned in a career-best and game-high 11 tackles Saturday, including assisting on his first collegiate quarterback sack.
#20 Chance Olson (NSU) recorded ten total tackles, two interceptions, and one fumble recovery against Bemidji State. He returned his two interceptions for a total of 118 return yards, including a 100 yard interception return for a touchdown. Olson leads the NSIC in interceptions (7) and interception return yards (181).
#44 Joey Wehrkamp (USF) had four tackles, 1.5 sacks and 1.5 tackles for loss to lead USF to a 38-17 win at Wayne State. Wehrkamp spearheaded a USF defense that had a season high seven sacks, 10 TFLs and forced a fumble (Grant Rice recovered). USF held the Wildcats under its season scoring average as well as limited them to a total of 114 rushing yards or 2.7 avg per carry.
#95 Cole LaLiberty (WSU) helped Winona State hold Upper Iowa to just 29 net rushing yards. He had 3.5 tackles for loss, racking up 14 TFL yards on the day. He had a sack, good for six yards lost and racked up a seven total tackles on the day, five were solo tackles.
Special Teams
#89 Owen Davis (UMD) punted five times against the Vikings and averaged 42 yards per punt. Notched a 65-yard punt on the day.
#15 Justin Czech (MSUM) had another solid day punting the ball as he averaged 41.0 yards per punt on five punts. He placed two inside the 20 and is second in the NSIC in punting average.
#9 Knylen Miller-Levi (MINOT) made a 1-handed catch to haul in a 63-yard touchdown pass on a fake punt, a play highlighted as the No. 2 Play of the Day on ESPN SportsCenter. Miller-Levi added another defensive touchdown, returning an interception 32 yards for a score.
#26 Payton Eue (NSU) punted twice for Northern State against Bemidji State for a total of 93 yards and an average of 46.5 yards per punt. He hit a season long punt of 55 yards to pin the Beavers inside the 20 yard line. Eue had six kickoffs for a total of 314 yards, averaging 52.3 yards per kick, and also recorded two touchbacks. He went 4-4 on PAT attempts.
#9 Brian Corbins, Jr. (WSU) scooped up a blocked PAT and returned it for a two-point conversion. Also recorded a solo tackle in the game.

The NSIC is a 16-team, 18-sport, NCAA Division II conference with institutions located in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The NSIC is a model Division II conference that uses high-level athletics competition to develop champions in the classroom and community while empowering student-athletes to be impactful and positive leaders.
