NSIC North Division Player of the Year
# 24 Brooke Olson (F, Jr., Rice Lake, Wis.) - Minnesota Duluth

- Led the NSIC in points per game with an even 20.0, which ranks 20th in all of NCAA DII women’s basketball
- Eclipsed the 1,000 point mark in her UMD career on February 19, 2021 against St. Cloud State
- Ranked 12th in rebounding in the NSIC averaging 6.5 rebounds per game during the 2020-21 season
- Shot 52.5% on the season, which topped the NSIC and ranks 41st in all of NCAA DII women’s basketball
- Named NSIC North Division Player of the Week twice during the regular season
NSIC North Division DEFENSIVE Player of the Year
#10 Brehna Evans (G, Jr., De Pere, Wis.) - St. Cloud State

- Led the Huskies No. 1 ranked defense with 29 steals in 14 games to average 2.1 steals/game
- Tallied 2+ steals in 10 of St. Cloud State’s 14 games in 2020-21
- Helped the Huskies average 8.1 steals per game while holding opponents to a .367 shooting percentage
- As the team’s starting point guard, held opponent perimeter shooters to a .273 shooting percentage from three-point range
- As a team, St. Cloud State ranked 12th in the nation in scoring defense (54.7) and top-50 in scoring margin, rebounding margin, defensive field-goal percentage, three-point defense and blocks per game
NSIC North Division Freshman of the Year
#14 Rianna Fillipi (PG, Fr., Lennox, S.D.) - Northern State 

- Second on the team at NSU averaging 10.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game
- Shot 35.9% from the floor and 70.6% from the foul line
- Ranks in the top-25 of the NSIC in rebounding, assists, assist/turnover ratio, and steals
- Tallied one double doubles and eight double figure scoring games
NSIC North Division Coach of the Year
Chelsea DeVille  - Bemidji State

- Led BSU to 9-5 overall, 8-4 NSIC records
- First winning season for BSU since 1995-96
- Led BSU to NSIC Quarterfinals for second time in three seasons
- Most NSIC wins (8) for BSU since 2007-08
- Seven-game winning streak is longest for BSU since 1987-88

#22 Erin Norling (F, Sr., Loretto, Minn.) - Wayne State 

- Third straight First Team All-NSIC selection
- Three-time NSIC South Division WBB Player of the Week this season
- Six games of 20 or more points this season
- Only player from South Division to rank in top 10 in NSIC in scoring and rebounding

NSIC South Division DEFENSIVE Player of the Year
#1 Joey Batt (G, So., New Ulm, Minn.) - Minnesota State

- Recorded three or more steals in 10 of the 15 games the Mavericks played this season
- Her 3.2 steals per game leads the NSIC and ranks fifth best in the nation
- Despite playing an extremely aggressive style of defense on most teams primary ballhandler, she didn’t foul out this season
- Led a defense that forced a league leading average of 23.6 turnovers per game, 7.3 per game more than the next team in the NSIC
- As a team the 23.6 turnovers forced per game is sixth best in the nation

NSIC South Division Freshman of the Year
#11 Lindsey Becher (C, Fr., Shoreview, Minn.) - Concordia-St. Paul

- Played in all 16 games and made 15 starts for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign  
- Ranks 2nd in the NSIC and 6th in the nation with 2.9 blocked shots per game
- Averaged 11.0 points per game, good for 2nd on the team
- Shot a team high 52.3% from the floor as she connected on 67 of her 128 field goal attempts
- Named NSIC South player of the Week in week 2
- Added 5.3 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 1.0 assists per game

NSIC South Division Coach of the Year
Dave Krauth - Augustana

- Reached two historic milestones this year, first by achieving his 650th career-win at Augustana
- Also hit the unique milestone of 1,000 wins between high school and college
- 2021 marked the third time he led his team to an NSIC South Division Championship with the last coming in 2017-18
- Earns a Conference Coach of the Year honor for the third time
