NSIC Women's Track Athlete of the Week
Megan Means (Distance, Jr., Norfolk, Neb. / Norfolk HS) - Augustana
- Was the top Division II finisher in the 5,000m at the Blue Oval Invitational hosted by Drake University
- Placed second with a NCAA provisional time of 17:01.22
- Her time currently leads the NSIC and ranks eighth in Division II

NSIC Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Mckenzie Scheil (Throw, Jr., Fairmont, Neb. / Fillmore Central HS) - Wayne State
- Hit two NCAA provisional marks at Wildcat Outdoor Classic
- Was the top collegiate thrower, taking third in hammer throw at 194-9 (59.36m)
- Ranks second in NCAA Division II in the hammer throw this season
- Also placed second in shot put at 45-10 (13.97m), the sixth best mark in NCAA Division II this season

Other Top Track Performances
Chriss-Ann Thomas (UMary), racing outside for the first time for UMary and competing for the first time since the 2020 NSIC championships, won the 400 meter run at the Yellow Jackets Spring Open. She posted a time of 57.55 (converted to 57.66 for altitude) and ranks first in the NSIC. 
Juliana Shona (NSU) placed second in the 100m dash at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic with a time of 12.58 . She was also a member of the winning 4x100m relay team that finished in 49.35.
Caitlyn Regan (SMSU) earned first place in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:06.38 at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic.

Other Top Field Performances
Hannah Gustafson (CSP) finished first in the hammer throw at the Masked Mayhem Opener with a mark of 51.44m, breaking the school record in the event for the second week in a row. She also finished second in the discus with a distance of 39.56m.
D’Andra Morris (UMary) won both the long and triple jump at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open. She posted NCAA provisional qualifying marks in both events with an effort of 12.52 meters in the triple jump and 5.83 meters in the long jump. The three-time All-American is ranked third nationally this season in the triple jump and eighth in the long jump. 
Breanna Perron (MSU) finished first in the hammer throw with a provisional qualifying throw of 53.96m (177) which is currently the seventh best throw in Division II. She also finished first in the shot put with a top mark of 13.76m (45-1.75).
Emma Hertz (USF), at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic, won the discus at 158-04 (48.27m), with a throw that ranks second best all-time at USF to her own school record of 169-2.25 throw in 2019.
Rebecca Manteuffel (SMSU) placed second in the discus at 44.11m and was sixth in the shot put at 12.99m at the Wayne State Wildcat Classic. She also set a school record in the hammer throw advancing to the finals and placing ninth at 50.11m.
Faith Lubner (SCSU) had a fantastic day at the Wildcat Classic on Saturday, winning the long jump with a personal-best 5.78 meter jump. Lubner also placed second in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.89, just 0.04 seconds back of first.
