Augustana continues to lead NSIC Women's Golf Championship after second round

MORTON, Minn. – Augustana holds a five stroke lead after the second round of the NSIC Women’s Golf Championship played at Dacotah Ridge Golf Club in Morton, Minnesota.  The Vikings shot a second round score of 329 and have four of the top 10 golfers on the leaderboard after 36-holes of the 54-hole championship. Sioux Falls is in second at 630 (+54) while Minnesota State is third at 635 (+64). 

Concordia-St. Paul's Amy Burnham and Sioux Falls Kyleigh Moran are tied atop the leaderboard at 153, 9-over-par. USF's Lexi Hanson, Upper Iowa's MacKenzie Olsen and Augustana's Natalie Young are all tied for third at 155 (+11).  

The third 18-holes of the NSIC Championship will begin on Sunday with a shotgun starts at 12 p.m.  The top five golfers will be named NSIC All-Tournament, while the team champion will earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Regional.
