NSIC Women’s Field Athlete of the Year
D'Andra Morris (Jumps, Sr., Kingston, Jamaica / Camperdown HS) - University of Mary
- Scored 21 points at the NSIC Outdoor Championships
- Helped lead the Marauders to an NSIC Team Title
- Finished first in the triple jump, where she ranks second in the nation
- Qualified for NCAA Championships in triple jump
- Finished fourth in the high jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships
- Finished third in the long jump at the NSIC Championships
NSIC Women’s Track Athlete of the Year
Ida Narbuvoll (Distance, Sr., Narbuvoll, Norway / Røros Videregående Skole) - University of Mary
- NSIC high point performer at NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Scored 30 points after winning the 10K, 5K and 1500 runs
- Helped lead the Marauders to an NSIC Team Title
- Holds the UMary school record 5K and 10K runs
- Qualified for NCAA Championships in the 5K and 10K
NSIC Women’s Newcomer of the Year
Denisha Cartwright (Sprints, Jr., Nassau, Bahamas / Pennfoster HS) - Minnesota State
- Scored 28.5 points at NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Finished in the top two in four events at the NSIC Championships
- NSIC Champion in the 100m hurdles and part of 4X100 m relay team, which set a new conference record
- Runner up in 100m and 200m dash
- Holds the top time in NCAA Division II in 100m hurdles and 4X100m relay
- Qualified for nationals in the 100m, 200m, 100, hurdles and 4X100m relay
NSIC Women’s Assistant Coach of the Year
Scott Tanis - Augustana
- Coached student-athletes that totaled 68 points at the NSIC Championships
- Coached six All-NSIC performers and the steeplechase champion
- Had nine provisional qualifiers and seven All-Region honors
- Has top four ranked nationally in the 1500m, 5K and Steeplechase
NSIC Women’s Coach of the Year
Dennis Newell - University of Mary
- Led the UMary women's team to its third straight NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship
- Coached seven student-athletes that will compete in eight events at the NCAA Championship
- Coached the Marauders to a No. 8 national ranking
- Coached eight student-athletes to NSIC titles and 15 All-NSIC performances
- Named NSIC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year for the third time
All-Conference performers consist of the top three finishers in each event and the members of the top two relay teams from the conference meet.
