NSIC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Lilly Grebner (IM, Fr., Aberdeen, S.D. / Aberdeen Christian HS) - Northern State
- Swam to two individual wins and was a part of a relay win in NSU's first ever dual meet victory over MSU Moorhead
- Swam to a 21.1 second victory ahead of second place in the 400-yard IM
- Hit the wall in a Northern State freshman record time of 4:36.97, which ranks ninth in the nation
- Earned a win in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 58.36
- Was a member of NSU's winning 400-yard freestyle relay team
- The relay finished with a time of 3:42.92, thanks in part to Grebner's 53.06 time
- Named NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the second time this season (9/27/22)

NSIC Women's Diver of the Week
Meredith Matchinsky (1M/3m Dive, Sr., St. Cloud, Minn. / Tech HS) - St. Cloud State
- Won on both the 1M and 3M diving events on Friday versus Northern Michigan
- Won the 1-meter with a score of 239.95 and 3-meter with a score of 252.55
- Also won the 3-meter on Saturday with a score of 256.80
- Named NSIC Diver of the Week for the second week in a row
 
Other Top Swimming Performances
Ella Ward-Zeller (AUGIE) helped lead the Augustana women's team to a win over St. Thomas this weekend. She had four wins in total. Her wins were in the 400-medley relay (28.24, 26.79), 100 Back (58.31), 200 back (2:07.03), and 400 IM (4:42.72). She is currently 5th in the nation in the 400 Medley Relay and 9th in the 200 Back so far this season.  
Breena DeLegge (UMary) won two individual events and two relays for the Marauders against the University of Jamestown. DeLegge claimed the 200 free by over 4 seconds with a time of 2:07.28. She also won the 100 free by 2.07, touching the wall at 56.00. She also swam a leg on both the winning 200 medley and 200 free relay teams.
Abby Gronholz (MSU) won the 100-backstroke vs South Dakota with a time of 1:00.00. She finished seventh in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:14.16 and was a member of the 200 medley relay team that finished third with a time of 1:48.61.
Demi-Lee Carlisle (MSUM) was first in the 50 free in 25.37 and added a win in the 100 backstroke in 1:01.33 in the season opener duel at Northern State.
 Izzy Koebele (SCSU) picked up a pair of wins in the distance events, winning both 1000-yard freestyle (10:47.30) and the 1650-yard free (18:12.82) against Northern Michigan. 


Other Top Diving Performances
Kate Robbins (AUGIE) helped lead her team to a win over St. Thomas this weekend. She scored a personal best in the 1-meter dive with a score of 211.30 while placing third. Robbins placed second in the 3-meter dive with a score of 190.25.
Ayla Taylor (MSU) won the 1-meter diving event vs South Dakota with a score of 242.90. She finished fifth in the 3-meter diving event with a score of 236.95.
