NSIC North Division Player of the Week
#23 John Sutherland (F, 6-7, 225, Jr., Grand Rapids, Minn. / Grand Rapids HS) - Bemidji State

- Averaged a double-double with 21.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in a weekend split
- Shot 54.3 percent from the floor on 19-of-35 shooting 
- Added 11 assists to average 5.50 per game
- Scored 25 points with eight rebounds and five assists in an 83-76 win over SMSU
- Totaled 18 points and 14 rebounds with six assists in a 76-75 OT loss to Sioux Falls
- Named NSIC Player of Week for the third time this season

NSIC South Division Player of the Week
#15 Jake Hilmer  (G, 5-11, 175, Sr., Walker, Iowa / North Linn HS) - Upper Iowa

- Averaged 31.5 points, 4.5 assists while shooting 61.5% (24-39)from the field
- Scored a career-high 41 points in an 84-78 win over No. 15 MSU Moorhead 
- Scored 22 points with six assists in UIU’s 86-81 loss to Northern State on Saturday
- Converted nine-straight field goals including six threes during a stretch versus MSUM
- Named NSIC Player of Week for the third time this season

Other Top Performances - North  
#23  Treyton Mattern (UMary) posted 20 points in each game this weekend as the Marauders split a weekend road trip... Led UMary to a 69-67 win at Minnesota State, hitting 4-of-5 treys and 6-of-9 shots overall with seven rebounds and five assists... Was 3-of-6 on treys at Concordia-St. Paul with three boards and four assists... For the weekend averaged 20.0 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 4.5 apg while shooting 64% (7-of-11) on treys and 54% (14-of-26) from the floor overall.
#5 Chandler Meeks (UMC) scored a career-high 27 points in a win over Southwest Minnesota State. It marked the most points by a Golden Eagle since the 2020-21 season. Meeks shot 9-of-15 from the field, 2-of-3 from beyond the arc, and 7-of-9 from the foul line. He added six rebounds, and three assists.
#22 Drew Blair (UMD) averaged 28 points and four assists this weekend. The 28 PPG was the second-best mark in the NSIC in this span. The four assists a game was tied for seventh in the conference this weekend. He recorded 33 points (9-15 shooting, 6-10 from three) to pair with four assists against Augustana on Saturday. He moved to fifth on UMD’s all-time scoring list this weekend with 1,743 total points across his career. He leads the Bulldogs in points per game this season with 20.1.
#24 Jaxon Gunville (MINOT) led the way averaging 14.5 points per game coming off the bench for the Beavers in a pair of road games.
#1 Lorenzo McGhee (MSUM) scored a career-high 31 points on Friday night against Upper Iowa, adding six rebounds and a steal in that contest. He shot 63.2 percent from the field (12-19) against the Peacocks, including a three of five mark from three-point range. He would go onto score 11 points on 66.7 percent shooting in Saturday’s win over Winona State in just 21 minutes of play. Also added two blocked shots in that victory. He ended the weekend averaging 21 points, four rebounds and a block, shooting 64 percent from the floor and 50 percent from deep over those two games.
#11 Augustin Reede (NSU) led Northern State averaging 18.5 points in their weekend sweep of WSU and UIU. He shot 61.1% from the floor, 58.8% from the 3-point line, and 83.3% from the foul line. He hit ten 3-pointers in the two wins and added nine rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
#32 Luke Taylor (SCSU) put up 20 total points shooting .400 for the weekend with ten rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one block. Taylor went 4-5 (.800) from the line during the weekend.

Other Top Performances - South
#21 Isaac Fink (AUGIE)
helped Augustana to its first conference weekend sweep of the season. He averaged 13 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists (against 0 turnovers) and 1 steal per game. That included the Vikings best win of the season over NSIC preseason favorite Minnesota Duluth. In the win over UMD, Fink tallied 18 points and 8 rebounds while dishing 5 assists. Against St. Cloud State, Fink had 8 points and 8 rebounds in an all-around game. He was 10-for-10 from the free throw line.
#11 Antwan Kimmons (CSP) led the Golden Bears with 18.5 points and 9.5 boards in CSP’s weekend sweep of MISU and UMary He added 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game. He connected on 52.2% (12-23) from the floor, 75.0% (3-4) from three-point range and 83.3% (10-12) from the free throw line. He tallied his fourth double-double of the season on Saturday after falling a rebound short the night before. He ranks fourth in the nation in free throws made and 19th in scoring on the season.
#0 Trevor Moore (MSU) averaged a team-leading 19.5 points per game, while also averaging 6.0 rebounds per game. He scored 21 points vs. UMary and recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds vs. Minot State. He went 9-of-9 from the free throw line.
#23 Matt Cartwright (USF) dropped 40 points in the Cougars overtime win over Bemidji State. He went 6-7 from the line on the weekend while pulling down 12 rebounds. He surpassed his season high in points scored while leading the NSIC in scoring.
#32 Jordan Janssen (WSC) averaged 22.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in road games at Minnesota Duluth and St. Cloud State. He had his second straight 30 point game Friday evening with 31 points and seven rebounds on 11-20 shooting in a 92-89 OT loss at UMD. He added 14 points, nine rebounds and four assists in Saturday’s 78-61 win at SCSU. For the weekend he shot 57 percent (16-28) from the field and 81 percent (13-16) from the free throw line.
#4 James Kelley (WSU), playing in his first two career starts as a Warrior, scored double-digit points in back-to-back games. He was second highest WSU scorer vs. NSU with 17 points. He also grabbed 11 rebounds vs. the Wolves, earning a double-double in his first career start. He added 11 points vs. MSU-Moorhead on Saturday.
