#8 Annika Bard (M, 5-5, Sr., Appleton, Wis. / Appleton West HS) - Augustana
- Recorded four points in a pair of Viking wins
- Netted a goal in both wins
- Scored the fourth goal in a 4-1 win at Wayne State
- Scored game-winning-goal in a 3-0 win over Sioux Falls
- Recorded three shots on goal
NSIC Defensive Player of the Week
#8 Libby Spangler (D, 5-6, Sr., Littleton, Colo. / Columbine) - Minnesota State
- Part of a defense that posted a pair of shutouts
- Allowed only five shots on goal in the two wins, including just two against USF
- Register 172 minutes
- Named NSIC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season (10/2/23)
NSIC Goalkeeper of the Week
#0 Mackenzie Rath (GK, 5-9, Sr., Pierre, S.D. / TF Riggs HS) - Minnesota State
- Recorded a pair of shutouts, making five saves
- Faced three corner kicks
- Leads the NSIC in goals against average (.150), save percentage (.965) and shutouts (11)
- Named NSIC Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season (9/18/23)

Katrina Barthelt (BSU)
- Led the Beavers to a 1-1-0 weekend by netting two goals and recording four points
- Scored both goals in the Beavers' 3-0 victory at Minot State for her second multi-goal performance of her career and sea-son
- Scored the game-winning goal Sunday and totaled three shots on goal over the weekend
Katie Anderson (CSP)
- Recorded three points in the 2-0 win against SMSU
-Tied the CSP school record with her 29th career goal after netting the game-winner against the Mustangs
-Added her fourth assist of the season to extend her career point total to 67
-Leads the conference in shots with 61 and shots on goal with 26
Spruenken Rio (UMary)
- Sparked the Marauders to a weekend sweep with a game-winning goal and an assist
- Blasted home a 25 yard counter to give the Marauders a 2-0 lead in an eventual 2-1 win over previously unbeaten Bemidji State
- Had a perfectly placed thru ball for an assist on the second UMary goal in a 2-0 win over Minnesota Crookston
Jares Jacqueline (UMD)
- Had a four point weekend with an assist against MSU Moorhead Friday and then a penalty shot goal and assist against NSU
Allie Williams (MSU)
- Scored the game-winning-goal against WSC
- Added an assist against USF
- Register 134 minutes
Linsey Trapino (SCSU)
- Scored a goal and added an assist in St. Cloud State’s wins over Northern State) and MSU Moorhead
- Goal against Northern State was the game-winner, her fourth game-winning goal of the season
- Added an assist on fellow freshman Ana Spaine’s goal in the 66th minute of SCSU’s win over MSU Moorhead
- Increased her point streak to four consecutive matches
- Has scored eight points (3g/2a) in her last four games, with all three goals coming as game-winners
- Ranks first in the NSIC in game-winning goals (four), fifth in goals (five) and sixth in points (12)
DEFENSE
Tori Miller (CSP)
-Helped anchor the CSP defense in the 2-0 victory over SMSU
-Tallied her first assist of the season for the Golden Bears
-Led the defense that held the Mustangs to only three on-goal shots
-Has yet to exit the pitch this season, bringing her minute total to 1170
Eli Olsen (UMary)
- Led a Marauders defense that allowed just 10 shots (six on frame) and a goal on a penalty kick in two wins
- Scored the first goal of the Marauders 2-1 win over previously unbeaten BSU on a 35 yard free kick
- Held BSU to 10 shots (six on goal) with the lone Beavers goal coming on a PK
- The Marauders held Minnesota Crookston without a shot attempt in a 2-0 UMary win
Rheana Zerna (SCSU)
- Played all 90 minutes of SCSU’s victories over NSU and MSUM
- Was a key member of the Huskies defensive core that only allowed five shots on goal all weekend
- Recorded the sixth shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over MSUM
- Has anchored the Husky backline all season that ranks third in scoring defense (0.79 GAA) and fifth in the NSIC in scoring margin (1.4)
GOALKEEPER
Jillian Barkus (Augie)
- Recorded two wins with a clean sheet in a 3-0 win over USF
- Made five saves on six shots in the two matches
Jessi Jordan (CSP)
- Collected her third shutout victory in goal for the Golden Bears
- Recorded three saves against Southwest Minnesota State
- Improved her goals against average to 1.05
- Has tallied 855 minutes in her 10 starts as the CSP goalkeeper this season
Jaylee Strickland (SCSU)
- Made five saves over the weekend and recorded her sixth shutout of the season
- Her six shutouts rank third in the NSIC this season and rank sixth on the program’s season top-10 list
- Improved to 11-2-1 on the season with a 0.79 goals-against-average and .814 save percentage
- Ranks third in GAA (0.79) and fourth in S% (.814)

The NSIC is a 15-team, 18-sport, NCAA Division II conference with institutions located in Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The NSIC is a model Division II conference that uses high-level athletics competition to develop champions in the classroom and community while empowering student-athletes to be impactful and positive leaders. Formed in 1992 by the merger of the Northern Intercollegiate Conference (men’s league) and the Northern Sun Conference (women’s league), the NSIC has flourished over the past quarter century, maturing into a union of Upper Midwest colleges and universities.
