NSIC Player of the Week
#4 Lexie Schneider (F, 6-3, Gr., Appleton, Wis. / Appleton East HS) - UMary

- Averaged 26.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in a pair of weekend road wins
- Scored a career-high 37 points and added 12 rebounds in an 83-72 win at SMSU
- Connected on 13-of-21 shots from the floor and hitting 11-of-16 free throws against SMSU
- Added 15 points, five rebounds and two steals in a 60-53 road win at Sioux Falls
- Has nine double doubles this season and leads the NSIC in scoring and rebounding
- Named NSIC Player of the Week for the fourth time this season (11/13/23, 1/3/24, 1/8/24)
 
NSIC Shining 5*
Lauren Wilson (CSP)
- Averaged 19.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and one assist in a pair of wins
- Tallied first career double-double with career-high 31 points and 10 rebounds in CSP’s 82-65 win over UMC
- Blocked a career-high seven shots, helping CSP tie the team school record in a game
- Made a career-high 11 field goals and a career-high three 3-pointers shooting 61.1% from the field
- Scored eight points with three rebounds in CSP’s 74-30 win against Bemidji State
- Shot 7-10 combined from the free throw line in both games
Ella Gilbertson (UMD)
- Averaged 11 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals over both UMD wins
- Shot 7-18 (.389) from the field, 5-10 (.500) from three point range, and 3-3 from the line
- Had 12 points and 11 rebounds for a double double in a win over UMC
Natalie Bremer (MSU) 
- Averaged 18.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.5 steals in a pair of home wins
- Finished with 16 points, seven rebounds and three steals in a 71-43 win over SCSU
- Tied her season-highs with 21 points and six steals in a 80-57 win over MSUM
- Shot 16-of-30 from the field (.530) for the week
Sydney Gustavsson (MINOT)
- Led the Beavers to a pair of road wins averaging 19.0 ppg and 3.5 rpg
- Shot 65.2 percent (15-of-23) from the field and added two assists
- Scored a season-high 22 points in the Beavers' 73-70 overtime win at Wayne State

The NSIC is a 15-team, 18-sport, NCAA Division II conference with institutions located in Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The NSIC is a model Division II conference that uses high-level athletics competition to develop champions in the classroom and community while empowering student-athletes to be impactful and positive leaders.
