There’s an energy and focus that everyone is bringing to practice, and it’s clear that each athlete is committed to pushing themselves and each other to new heights. We have a great mix of experience and fresh energy, and the way everyone supports one another creates a great team dynamic. I’m excited to see how all this hard work will translate into performance on the track.

CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY, ST. PAUL - 7th

The men's team is the largest we've had since I have been at CSP, which means we will have great depth across all of the event groups and an "iron sharpens iron" mentality during training sessions. We are excited to see what this well-balanced group can do this year.
Head Coach Sam Johnson
A fifth-year senior, Thomas had arguably his best season yet last year setting school records and provisionally qualifying for national meets. With that said, he is still developing and showing signs of progress through fall training, so we believe he is well-positioned to build off of last year's success.
Head Coach Sam Johnson
Calder returns as a conference contender in the men's multi-event discipline after a season which saw him finish runner-up in the indoor heptathlon and champion in the outdoor decathlon at conference championships last year. In his final season, we believe he is prepared to finish on a high note contending for more conference titles and a national meet berth.

As a team, I am excited about watching all of the hard work and preparation of the fall begin to pay off in competitions this winter. We have a very talented group of 400m runners that are capable of surprising some people in the 4x400m relay. We' also added some young, talented athletes in the throws and jumps and I am excited to see what they are capable of. Overall, we have a lot of potential to put MSU athletes in the finals at the conference meet if we can keep the course.
Head Coach Jordan Aus
Ramon has had a great fall of training as he prepares for the indoor season. His 2nd place finish in the 400 hurdles at the outdoor conference meet last spring should be a catalyst for a great senior year of setting and achieving lofty goals in the 400m and 400 hurdles. I'm excited to watch Ramon continuously progress and achieve new personal bests.
Head Coach Jordan Aus
Dallas has put in an exceptional amount of time and work into getting himself stronger and more flexible. These efforts should pay off in a big way for him in the shot put this season.
