NSIC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Bryn Greenwaldt (FR/BK, Jr., Foley, Minn. / Foley HS) - Augustana
- Competed in eight events, placing first in seven of them and earning qualification times in three of them
- Took first in the 100 free (B-cut - 51.93) and 100 back (55.97)
- Added a victory in the 200 free relay (1:34.76) in a triangular against St. Thomas and Sioux Falls
- Followed it up with wins in the 50 free (22.59 B-cut), 400 medley relay (3:46.45), 100 free (51.05 B-cut) and 200 free relay (1:34.25) against Minnesota State
- Named NSIC Swimmer of the Week for the fourth this season (10/29/24,12/10/24 & 1/14/25)

NSIC Women's Diver of the Week
Aspen Warnygora (Diving, Sr., Fort Collins, Colo. / Fossil Ridge HS) – Minnesota State

- Won the 1-meter diving event versus Augustana with a score of 260.40
- Won the 3-meter diving event versus Augustana with a score of 270.55
- Both scores were above the NCAA Diving Standard 
- Named NSIC Diver of the Week for the fifth time this season

Other Top Swimming Performances
Abby Gonholz (MSU) 
- Won the 100 backstroke event vs. Augustana with a time of 56.12
- Won the 200 backstroke event vs. Augustana with a time of 2:05.38
Demi-Lee Carlisle (MSUM) 
- Won the 100-yard backstroke as part of MSUM's dual win over Northern State on Saturday, clocking a 1:00.73
- Was a member of the MSUM 200-yard medley team that won the event behind a time of 1:53.47, marking a 28.66 split
- Clocked a 3:42.37 as part of MSUM's winning 400-yard freestyle relay team with a 55.93 split
Haley Osborne (NSU) 
- Took first place in the 200 free with a time of 1:58.40 during the weekend dual against MSU Moorhead
- Secured her second first-place finish with a time of 55.06 in the 100 free
- Was part of the NSU relay team that took second place in the 400 free relay with a split time of 27.34 and 56.06
- Contributed 22 points in the Wolves’ dual against the Dragons
Maija Geier (SMSU) 
- Had a strong day in helping SMSU earn its first-ever dual victory over USF in four all-time duals
- Earned a pair of individual first-place finishes and was part of a key relay team that garnered first place
- Won the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 27.75 and earned first place in the 100-yard freestyle at 54.22
- Was part of SMSU's 400-yard freestyle relay team that won a key race late in the dual with a time of 3:38.71
- Was anchor of the 400-yard medley relay team that finished second at 4:05.12


Other Top Diving Performances
Avery Lommel (AUGIE) 
- Placed second in the 3m dive with 247.73 points against St. Thomas and Sioux Falls in a triangular meet
- Also scored 242.10 points to finish second in the 1m dive on Friday
- Followed it up on Saturday with 245.20 points in the 3m dive to finish second
Isabelle Johnson (MSUM) 
- Won the 1-meter diving event as part of MSUM's dual victory over Northern State
- Hit an NCAA qualifying score of 406.65 to claim the event
Jacie Flockhart (NSU) 
- Finished in second place in the 1-meter dive (11 dives) during the dual against MSU Moorhead with a score of 396.90
- Broke her previous school record of 362.05, which was set earlier this season
- Currently ranks 20th in the nation in the 1-meter dive (11 dives)
