NSIC Men's Track Athlete of the Week
Jayden Singleton (Sprints, Hurdles, Sr., Cecilia, La. / Cecilia HS) – Minnesota State
- Won the 200m dash with a time of 21.35 at Chuck Petersen Open
- The converted time of 20.98 tops NCAA Division II this season
- Was second in the 60 meter finals with personal best time 6.78
NSIC Men's Field Athlete of the Week
Hayden Bills (Throws, So., Rosemount, Minn. / Rosemount HS) - Minnesota State
- Took first place in the shot put at Chuck Petersen Open at 62-7.75 (19.09m)
- Ranks first nationally to start MSU career
- Throw ranks as 20th furthest shot put in Division II history
- Added third place weight throw with a personal best throw of 58-9.25 (17.91m)
Other Top Track Performances
Will Surgue (Augustana)
- Earned a victory in the 800-meter dash at the SDSU Holiday Open
- Finished with a time of 1:53.83
- That time ranks 10th in DII and first in the NSIC through the opening weekend
Nathan Andrews (UMary)
- Won 600m Dash at Mike Thorson Alumni Classic with a time of 1:19.94
- Broke school record by over a second in first-ever college race
- Currently has the top time in the NSIC in the event
- Was also victorious as part of the 4x400m Relay
Mitchell Hupp (Wayne State)
- Won the 60-meter dash and was second in 200-meter dash at WSC Wildcat Opener
The 6.92 seconds in 60-meters ranks fourth in NSIC
- Time of 21.70 in the 200-meters is third-best in NSIC

Jake Hettinger (UMary)
- Won Shot Put at the Mike Thorson Alumni Classic with a PR of 16.10m
- A personal best improvement of over 0.5m
- Currently ranks fourth in the NSIC
Andrew Edwards (Sioux Falls)
- Won the weight throw with a mark of 18.61m (61-1.25), outdistancing the field by nearly a meter
- His mark of 18.61m is a NCAA Division II provisional qualifier and currently ranks #1 in the NSIC
- The performance moves him to No. 2 on the USF all-time list
- Added a third-place finish in the shot put with a strong 15.30m
Cain Brown (Wayne State)
- In WSC debut won high jump clearing 6' 10 ¾" at WSC Wildcat Opener
- NCAA provisional qualifying mark
- The height of 6-10.75 is best mark in NSIC and tied for third in NCAA Division II

The NSIC is a 16-team, 18-sport, NCAA Division II conference with institutions located in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
