NWCA Release

MANHEIM, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announces the 2025 NCAA DII Men's Team Scholar All-America Awards. UW-Parkside took the top spot with a team GPA of 3.568 for the 2025 season. The NSIC had seven teams ranked in the top 25 in the nation and 77 student-athletes earn 2025 NCAA DII Men's Scholar All-American Awards.

• All-American at the 2025 NCAA DII National Championships and 3.00 GPA
• National Qualifier to the 2025 NCAA DII National Championships and 3.25 GPA
• Competed in 4 or more events and 3.5 GPA

The NCAA DII Men's Scholar Academic program garners the team GPA from the 10 starters a program puts out at it's respective NCAA Super Regional tournament.

NWCA Executive Director Mike Moyer congratulated UW-Parkside Head Coach Nick Becker and his team on their outstanding achievement, stating:

"Coach Becker and his team exemplify the true spirit of Scholar All-Americans by excelling both on the mat and in the classroom. Their dedication to academic success while competing at the highest level of NCAA D2 Men's wrestling is remarkable, and we congratulate them on earning this well-deserved honor."
