He motivates teammates by maintaining a positive attitude and encouraging focus during both practice and competition. UNIVERSITY OF JAMESTOWN

The men's team will be replacing two seniors who have led the team the past several years. The entire roster will be competing week in and week out to make the scoring team and we hope the internal competition will lead to better results on the course. The mix of returners and the incoming class will create a competitive dynamic that we didn't have last year, and we look forward to the challenge of joining the NSIC.

Bodie returns after a stellar freshman season, competing on the scoring team for every event. He became a leader on the course and in the weight room and we look forward to that role growing as we try and replace two key seniors from last year.

MINOT STATE UNIVERSITY

What I'm excited most about this year's team is that we have some incredibly talented incoming freshman, including Kasen Rostad who finished 3rd in his senior year high school state tournament, who are excited to showcase their abilities. We also have a couple of seniors that are ready to turn it up this year after a couple of very close finishes last year. That along with this being my first year as a head coach, and the familiar face of Chase Gedak as our Grad Assistant, I think this year has the makings to set new light on Minot State Beaver golf.
Head Coach Dakota Brekhus
Zach is a senior competing against some really great up-and-coming freshman and sophomores trying to prove themselves. He has had three successful years having multiple top-25 finishes, including a T-3 in Sioux Falls as part of the Tournament 2nd place team. He has been hard at work hoping to push through to a win. Zach has incredible talent, drive, and focus on the course that I believe will be a major force this season.

UNIVERSITY OF SIOUX FALLS

I am really excited about the 10 freshmen joining us this fall. All of them had very successful high school careers. In addition to Ty, two of his classmates, Jaden Solheim and Gabe Norberg, helped Watertown to back-back state championships. Charlie Hanson of Morris, Minn., Ryan Nutter of Houston, Minn., and Jadan Ford of Waconia, Minn., finished in the top-10 of their respective state high school championships this spring and Jadan was 6-under in finishing second in the Minnesota Junior Amateur this summer. Lane Arends of Cottonwood, Minn., is a former state high school champion. Liam Dufner of Princeton, Minn., Luke Ehlers of Marshall, Minn., and Harrison Seeman of Sioux Falls had really good high school seasons. It's going to be fun to see how quickly this group adjusts to college golf and pushes our five returning players, led by senior captain Jack Kray, who played well last season despite battling a hand injury suffered in the spring.
Head Coach Wade Merry
Ty is one of 10 talented freshmen who will be joining us this fall. He was 8-under par in winning the Class AA high school championship last fall leading Watertown to a second consecutive team title. Ty, who is also an excellent student, has had a great summer which included winning the SDGA/Sanford International Series Championship. I expect Ty to step into our lineup immediately and have a very successful career for us.
Head Coach Wade Merry

The Warriors return all 11 roster players from last season, the team qualified for the NCAA Super Regionals and finished 2nd in the NSIC Tournament last. We had 8 of our 11 players make the starting lineup last season. Our Warriors have had a great summer playing well in tournaments and qualifiers. There will be an incredible amount of competition for a top 5 spot this season. Go Warriors!
