NSIC women's basketball had five players honored on the 2025-26 D2CCA All-Central Region Women's Basketball Team. NSIC South Division Player of the Year Natalie Bremer of Minnesota State and NSIC North Division Player of the Year Bergan Kinnebrew of the University of Mary both earned first team honors and will advance to the All-American ballot.
The Concordia-St. Paul duo of Lydia Haack and Lauren Wilson took home second team honors along with Emma Miller of Minnesota Crookston.
Bremer, a native of Lake City, Minn., averaged 21.9 points per game this season while shooting .495 from the field, .370 from three-point range and .882 from the free-throw line. She also averaged 4.7 rebounds per contest. The senior leads the Mavericks in total points this season and recorded three 30-point performances. Bremer also holds the Minnesota State career scoring record for both the men's and women's programs with 2,353 points. Earlier this season, she was named the NSIC South Division Player of the Year and earned NSIC All-Conference First Team honors.
Kinnebrew was third in the nation in scoring, averaging 22.4 ppg on 45.4% shooting from the field. The junior leads the nation in free throws made (247) and attempted (282). The Bismarck, ND, native set the NSIC single-season record for free throws attempted and made during conference play. Kinnebrew was named the NSIC North Player of the Year and earned her second NSIC First-Team All-Conference honors. She led the conference in scoring, was 4th in assists per game (3.9 apg), 4th in free throw percentage, 8th in minutes per game (33.8), 8th in steals per game (1.9 spg), 12th in field goal percentage, and 20th in rebounding (5.7 rpg). She helped lead UMary to an NCAA era record of 23 wins.
