Max Ramberg (197 lbs., Sr., Baldwin, Wis. / Baldwin-Woodville HS) – Augustana
- 2026 NCAA Division II National Champion at 197 pounds
- Three-time NCAA All-American and three-time National Qualifier
- Placed in top four at NCAA Super Region V all four seasons at Augustana
- Compiled a 99-30 career record over four seasons
- Posted an undefeated 19-0 senior season with a No. 1 national ranking
- Recorded 34 career technical falls, including a program-record 13 in a single season
- Two-Time All-NSIC performer
NSIC Rookie of the Year
Jacob Strausbaugh (133 lbs., Fr., Soldotna, Alaska / Soldotna HS) - University of Mary
- 2026 NCAA Division II National Champion at 133 pounds
- Defeated the No. 2, No. 3, and No. 5 seeds enroute to the national title
- Posted a 72% bonus rate across his matches
- Scored 22.5 team points at the NCAA Championships (third-most in the tournament)
- Finished the season with a 25-2 overall record
- Went 19-1 against Division II competition
NSIC Coach of the Year
Nick Becker (5th Season) - Parkside
- Led Parkside to a second-place team finish at the NCAA Championships
- The second place finish is the highest ever for Parkside at the NCAA Championships
- Coached 125 pound NCAA National Champion Shane Corrigan
- Had five of wrestlers earn All-Americans honors this season
- Mentored seven NCAA National Qualifiers

About the NSIC
The NSIC is a 16-team, 18-sport, NCAA Division II conference with institutions located in Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The NSIC is a model Division II conference that uses high-level athletics competition to develop champions in the classroom and community while empowering student-athletes to be impactful and positive leaders. Formed in 1992 by the merger of the Northern Intercollegiate Conference (men’s league) and the Northern Sun Conference (women’s league), the NSIC has flourished over the past three decades, maturing into a union of Upper Midwest colleges and universities.
